Yellow River Game Ranch

We were able to go to the yellow river game ranch this summer. This was a pretty fun place to go to. I had a couple friends tell me how cool it was and how close you could get to the animals. I was surprised by the many animals they had there. The extra fun part was that you could feed the animals. :D Abi was in heaven with this. Although the first animals that we saw were the bunnies and she fed them a cracker and then took it back and took a bite as well!!! GROSS!!! :D Here are a few pictures of this fun day.

Big Buffalo Head... This was the first time Kris and Abi had ever seen one.

Look how massive that thing is. It would wipe me and Kinley away if it really wanted to.

Abi feeding the warthog.

Abi feeding the donkey.

YES that is a BEAR!! We could feed them too! The thing they liked the most were the peanuts!

The Black things in the cage are more Bears.

Abi loved the bunnies.

Baby Goats.

Take notice of Abis face. She was showing the deer how to eat the carrot.

Abi kept saying to the animals "here you go"

Two of my favorite people!! Love you two.

As we were walking out Abi saw this horse and went crazy saying... "mommy I wanna ride the horse" So we spoiled her and let her ride it a few times.

Here is the video of her on it. She is so stinking cute!!

Kinleys Blessing

On July 17th 2011 we were able to be in Utah and to bless our sweet baby girl Kinley Ann. This was such a wonderful day for us! Since we currently live in Georgia we were able to get special permission to bless her in Utah. Instead of having family come to us in Georgia we just decided to take our family to them.

As we got to Kris' dad ward to bless her I was so worried that Kinley would be so upset during her blessing because she missed her normal morning feed. So the first thing I did when I got to church was to rush into the mothers room and nurse her. But unfortunately she was not able to get enough food because it was time to bless her. So as I walked out of the mothers room I prayed that she would be okay. As we walked back into the chapel she fell asleep and she didn't wake up until the end of the meeting. What a blessing that was.

As they asked for the priesthood brethren to come up who had been asked, I was blown away by the spirit as I watched so many worthy priesthood holders surround my sweet daughter. Kinley truly has so many priesthood holders who love her and will always support her. I am so grateful for my family and for their constant love and support.

I am so grateful for the blessing that heavenly father gave her. I am so grateful to have Kinley in our lives. She has already brought so much joy to us as a family. Her sweet spirit has brightened our lives even more. I remember before Kinley was born I wondered how I could ever love another child as much as I loved Abi. It is amazing how you can have so much love for your children. It gives me a slight glimpse of the love our Savior has for each of us. We truly love you so much Kinley and are so grateful to have you in our lives!!!

Here are a few picutres of the special day!

Family Vacation to Utah

In July we were able to go visit family in Utah. We had such a fun time and we miss family very much!! Here are a few of the fun things that we were able to do while we were there.

Grandpa Cutler's 100th Birthday Party-

My grandpa Cutler's 100th birthday was on the 11th of July. Although he is no longer with us, we still were able to celebrate his life on this day. We were able to get together with all of the family on the Cutler side and have a wonderful party. The kids were in heaven with a bounce house and kept them all pretty busy.

It was also nice to visit with my cousins on that side. We dont see them very often so it was nice to catch up and have them meet Kinley. :D Here are a couple pictures I got of this day.

Aunt Liz meeting Kinley for the 1st time.

Aunt April meeting Kinley. :D

Fun Bounce house.. and yes Kris was in there jumping with all the kids. :D

Seeing great friends-

It was so sweet of my good friend Lynette to come see me the day that we were leaving to come back home. She made such an effort to come to Kinley's blessing. (She was driving home from CA the night before and only got 4 hours of sleep.) I sure miss her and her cute girl Haley. As you can see Abi and Haley hit it right off.

Going to Lagoon-

We were able to go to Lagoon with the Harrop family. This was such a fun day. Our girls did so good and loved the rides. Abi's favorite ride was the Scaliwags. She went on this ride over and over again. (Thanks April for your help!) Next to that her favorite ride was the carousel. She loved to ride the horse. :D Here are a few pictures of Lagoon.

Abi just loving her ride!

If you look close you can see how scared Abi is.

Man before I know it she will be in a real car.

Maybe one day she can drive a real boat and pull me behind on ski's.

Chuck E Cheese-

Before going out to Utah we bought a Groupon to use at Chuck E Cheese. We were able to get a pizza, drinks and tons of tokens. :D Abi loved playing all of the games. Here are a few pixs.

Daddy loved this game. I think he won over 500 tickets off this game. Abi was so excited when she saw all the tickets coming out. Thanks to Daddy Abi got some pretty sweet prizes this time.

Steph, Em, Abi and Lizzy, going on the truck ride.

Silver Lake-

We were able to go up Big Cottonwood Canyon and go to the very top to Silver Lake. This was such a fun place to go back to. This is where Kris proposed to me. :D Now 6 years later we go back with two girls. Oh how time flys. The mountains were so pretty and made me realize how much I really miss them.

Yes there is still snow at the top of the mountains in July!!
